IVAO XT Division Training Department R&R
Member must make sure that the email provided in member profile is valid
as this will be one of the ways for the trainer to contact.
It is required that member must have an account on discord and must
have joined XT Division server.
Member must request the exam/training based on their availability; this
means that they must have time for it within upcoming 2-3 weeks, or else
the session will be cancelled (NOTE: exceptions can be made in individual
cases).
When requesting a pilot training/exam, member must provide availability
and the selected aircraft type for the session.
Route for pilot training/exam session will be decided by the
examiner/trainer.
When requesting an ATC training/exam, member must provide availability
and preferred airport for the session (NOTE: final decision for the airport is
up to the trainer/examiner)
We highly encourage all members in GE Division to use Aurora for ATC
sessions and Altitude for pilot sessions. Other softwares
(IVAP/XIVAP/IVAC) may be used at own risk (NOTE: sectorfiles for IVAC
and IVAC 2 are not supported).
Member must wait at least 15 days after a failed exam before requesting a
training of the same rating, in order to consider and work on his/her
mistakes as well as examiner advice.
The Training Department has the right to refuse any training/exams,
request from a member in cases such as R&R violations and behavioral
issues.
No exam/training will be scheduled the same day or the day after the day
of the exam request.

Any cheating attempts regardless of human help or not, will result in exam
marked as fail (0/100) and a suspension from requesting further exams for
a period of up to 1 year.
It is expected that the member must have read exam/training
documentation including the briefing.
Before requesting pilot training/exam sessions, it is required to have
completed at least two 1hr flight sessions to, from or within GE airspace,
in the past 1 month.
Before requesting ATC training/exam sessions, it is required to have
completed at least two 1hr ATC sessions to, from or within XT airspace, in
the past 1 month.
Member must provide in ATC training comments on which type of training
does he require:
1. Theoretical knowledge
2. Practical knowledge
3. Theoretical knowledge + practical knowledge
4. Theoretical knowledge + HAL
5. HAL
Member must provide in pilot training comments, which type of training
does he/she require:
1. Theoretical knowledge
2. Practical knowledge
3. Theoretical knowledge + practical knowledge
